I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist as well as a certified School Psychologist in Pennsylvania. I earned my doctorate from Widener University in 2003 and have been practicing for over twenty years. I have extensive experience in psychological assessment and working with schools, as well as conducting psychotherapy with children, adolescents, and adults. My areas of specialization include ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, anxiety, emotional regulation, eating disorders, gender identity, and parenting.

My training includes psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral schools of thought and I incorporate both into therapy. I believe that all of us instinctively seek growth, understanding, and connection in our lives. So many things can thwart our efforts and leave us struggling to find the right path forward. I join with my clients to find solutions to challenges and ways to remove the obstacles blocking our natural push toward a meaningful and fulfilling lives.
