Welcome to Growth Opportunity Center! I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in the state of Pennsylvania. I am dedicated to helping clients achieve mental clarity and emotional balance through personalized therapy sessions. With experience as a licensed therapist, I understand that each individual’s journey is unique. I am here to provide compassionate, one-on-one support that people need to navigate life’s challenges. I approach mental health concerns holistically and consider both societal and environmental factors in assessment and treatment. My specialties include depression, anxiety, codependency and trauma.
Training & Modalities Used
I use a variety of therapy modalities, including, but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Schema Therapy and Psychodynamic therapy.
