Training & Modalities Used
My approach and point of view is to help people get “unstuck” from the patterns that keep them feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in struggle mode. My approach is rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a powerful, evidence-based model that supports people in taking meaningful steps toward the life they want, even in the presence of stress, anxiety, or emotional pain.
You don’t need to know anything about ACT to get started. What matters is that you’re looking for less struggle and more movement toward what really matters to you. That’s where I come in.
I work with individuals, couples, and families virtually. I utilize a collaborative approach to create a safe space for clients to engage and take active steps toward meaningful change in their lives. Success is measured by becoming more aware of what holds you back, clarifying what truly matters to you, and taking small, doable steps toward the life you want, especially in tough moments.
Whether navigating personal challenges, relationship struggles, parenting stress, or professional burnout, the goal is the same: more clarity, flexibility, and freedom to choose actions that work for you.
