This provider is an Independent ContractorBio
I have been in the social work field for 40 years and enjoy working with adults, couples and families. Working in a hospital for 14 years gave me a lot of experience working with people who experience acute and chronic illnesses. I have in the past facilitated grief support groups and worked with death/dying issues.
In addition, teaching the importance of mindfulness and using guided imagery along with many other techniques for stress management/problem-solving has been very satisfying in watching clients reach their full potential. I work with individuals, couples, and families with issues ranging from depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and job problems along with other stressors.
