Bio
I am a dedicated psychologist in training with a strong passion for helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges. I earned my M.S. in Clinical Psychology from Chestnut Hill College, where I have also completed all coursework for my Psy.D., with a concentration in Couples and Family Therapy.
With several years of experience in the field, I have worked extensively with children, adolescents (ages 6-18), and families dealing with a wide range of concerns. My clinical experience includes working with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral issues, Selective Mutism, learning challenges, and other mental health difficulties. I am also skilled in supporting families through a variety of challenges and strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment for both individuals and families.
I approach therapy from a personalized, client-centered perspective. I firmly believe in meeting clients where they are and tailoring treatment to align with their unique needs, strengths, and goals.
Whether working with children, teens, or adults, my goal is to foster a safe space for healing and growth, helping clients overcome obstacles and develop the skills needed for lasting change.
Training & Modalities Used
My therapeutic approach combines psychodynamic therapy and family systems psychotherapy, emphasizing empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based practices to empower clients on their journey to emotional well-being and personal growth.
