Her approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in creating a supportive space for exploration and self-reflection. She strives to foster an environment where clients feel safe, heard, and empowered to discuss life’s challenges with openness and curiosity.
Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time in nature, trying new recipes, and listening to music.
Training & Modalities Used
Her clinical training is grounded in psychodynamic and family systems approaches, which guide her in understanding how past experiences, relationships, and family dynamics shape the way we think, feel, and relate to others. Josie believes that developing insight into these patterns can create opportunities for meaningful growth and lasting change. While her work is informed by these frameworks, she tailors her approach to each individual’s unique needs, strengths, and goals, fostering a collaborative therapeutic relationship that supports exploration, resilience, and healing.
