Bio

I hold a Master’s degree from La Salle University in Couples and Family Therapy and a Bachelor’s degree from Temple University in Psychology.  I have worked
in different levels of care including inpatient and outpatient settings.

I bring this experience to help foster and create a safe space for you to feel welcome to explore and find ways to cope with areas of your concern, show up optimally in your relationship with yourself and others, as well as achieve the next level of your personal growth.

I take an integrative approach and enjoy keeping up with new trainings to sharpen my skills to best support you.

Training & Modalities Used

I have been trained to look through a systemic lens, so I take your relational contexts deeply into consideration when collaborating with you in the therapeutic process.  I utilize a strengths-based and solution-focused approach as well as pull from skill-based modalities such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness to help support you in achieving your goals.
