I’ve been a part-time therapist with Growth Opportunity Center since 2013. My specializations are in treating depression and anxiety, prolonged grief, and relationship challenges, with a theoretical leaning toward attachment and humanistic therapy. I co-facilitate a long running grief group for sibling loss due to substance use disorder. I enjoy working with teens, adults, and families, and have extensive training in supporting those with complex medical conditions and their caregivers, as well as geriatrics. In addition to my therapeutic work, I’m also a Clinical Lead at the Center for Psychotherapy Research at the University of Pennsylvania. I’m experienced in providing clinical trainings to a range of professionals, and serve as a committee chairperson for the Pennsylvania Society for Clinical Social Work.
