Training & Modalities Used
My therapeutic approach is integrative, with a strong emphasis on psychodynamic theory and structural family therapy. I also utilize techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and play therapy. I strive to create a warm and non-judgmental environment and view myself as a teammate who works alongside clients to help them achieve goals, reduce distress, and gain insight.
