I earned my doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia, PA, with a concentration in Family Systems. I have trained at several college counseling centers and also completed my postdoctoral fellowship at Princeton University Counseling and Psychological Services. I have worked at Growth Opportunity Center since early 2021 and currently offer individual psychotherapy as well as psychological assessment for a wide range of ages and presenting concerns.
Training & Modalities Used
My clinical interests include, but are not limited to, depression, anxiety, relationship/ interpersonal concerns, grief, substance use/recovery, exploration of identity, trauma, and psychological testing. I work with a wide range of individuals for psychotherapy and testing. I approach therapy from a psychodynamic and multicultural lens, while remaining flexible and able to integrate other approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.
