I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who earned my doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from Chestnut Hill College with a concentration in couples and family therapy. I completed my pre-doctoral internship at Rider University Counseling Center, where I facilitated individual therapy, outreach events and psychoeducational workshops. I facilitated the psychological assessment portion of my pre-doctoral internship at the Chestnut Hill College Psychological Services Clinic. I completed my postdoctoral residency at Growth Opportunity Center.
I treat individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan. I am passionate about reproductive mental health, including but not limited to infertility, pregnancy loss, and postpartum related issues. I have extensive experience in the following areas: family and couple issues, infertility, play therapy, anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, grief/loss, and relationship issues. I also conduct psychoeducational and diagnostic evaluations with children and adults as well as adoptive parent and third-party reproduction evaluations. Previously, I worked in community mental health, intensive outpatient, and in-patient hospital settings with children, adolescents, and adults.
Training & Modalities Used
I use an integrative and relational approach to therapy with a strong emphasis on psychodynamic theory and structural family therapy. I also incorporate mindfulness techniques, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed principles in my work.
